DATA TRENDS

As proactive Estate Agents it is important we maximise the tremendous amount of data we have at our fingertips. Thanks to the staff at our website designers RK Marketing we are able to take a look at some of the more prevalent marketing trends and explore how we can tap into them to place our business at the forefront of our industry by identifying our client’s online behaviour to help increase the number of leads we receive from our website.

Here are just some of the recent findings we received from our end of month report.

PEAK EMAIL ENQUIRIES

The majority of our email leads occur between the hours of 8pm and 10pm – this is reflective of couples discussing properties at home together.

PEAK PHONE ENQUIRIES

Telephone leads are correspondingly busy in the middle of the day between 12pm and 2pm – this is typical people browsing the website on their lunch breaks and picking up the phone.

MOBILE TRAFFIC

Mobile traffic over the last few years has continued to grow year on year.

Our last 90 days activity:

Mobile traffic = 72% (NI Average = 81%)

Desktop Traffic = 28% (NI Average = 19%)
