House prices in Northern Ireland between April-June were 3.5% higher than the same time last year and 0.8% than the first quarter of the year according to

@NISRA.  The average house price in NI between April-June was £136,767.

House prices vary by council area:

Lowest average price = £120,226 in Armagh City, Banbridge+Craigavon

Highest = £163,466 in Lisburn+Castlereagh.

Price growth also varies:

Biggest increase is 4.7% in Newry Mourne+Down

Biggest decrease is 1.5% in Fermanagh+Omagh
