Micheal Traynor heads up the lettings department since joining our staff in June 2016. Micheal obtained extensive experience during his time working for Reel Estates Agency in Eastcote, London.
Micheal heads an experienced and professional team with extensive knowledge of the local market. Along with this knowledge, we also provide up to date computer technology courtesy of the Vebra Alto & Payprop software packages which allows us to ensure that all aspects of the property management services that we provide can be dealt with in the most beneficial way for landlords and tenants alike through their fully cloud based cutting edge technology.

PropertyPal's latest housing market review published in January 2023 outlines the current average rental price in Northern Ireland to be £755.00 PCM. Our own district Newry, Mourne and Down continues to perform above well with an average rental price for the district of £654.00 PCM an 8.6% increase on the 12 months previous.

Micheal is assisted in the Lettings Department by Patricia Kernan. Patricia joined the property team in 2004, and is one of our sales and lettings negotiators. Patricia has a wealth of knowledge having worked in the industry for over 18 years. Throughout this time she has proved herself to be highly proficient, and superb with her customer service.
