We are writing to inform you that our office will be closed for the Christmas period from 1pm on Tuesday 22nd of December 2020 and will re-open at 9am on Monday 4th of January 2021. We do have an emergency procedure in place for your tenant while we are closed, which they have been informed of and is also summarised below.
We will have a skeleton crew on stand-by to cover any emergencies during this period. Our phone line will be diverted to our after-hours service where a member of staff will be available to answer and respond to any emergency messages received.
Your tenants have been fully informed and advised of our emergency after-hours process should they have a leak, flood, major electrical fault, problem with heating and hot water or a situation posing a hazard within the property.
We will still be processing and taking action on any rent payments due or received during this period, however should you have any accounts or administration queries we would advise you to contact our office from Monday 4th of January 2021 when we re-open.
All rent payments and new move-in files will be brought up to date as much as possible by close of business on 22nd of December 2020. Should you have new tenants moving in after this date (while we are closed); we will process the file and action payment when we re-open for business in 2021.
