Myself and Patrick from Egg Coffee & Ice-Cream are taking part in the Mourne Mountains Peak Trek on Sunday 30th of May in aid of PIPS Hope and Support.

Through this wonderful charity they help with all aspects of suicide, which includes suicide prevention, intervention, postvention and trauma in order to reduce and prevent suicide, self harm and emotional & mental distress.

We have donation buckets in both our office and Egg Coffee & Ice-Cream and @NannyHughesPizzeria.

Every single penny will be greatly appreciated by both Patrick and I.
