We are delighted to show the progress images of our client’s site at Downshire Road in Newry City.

The project is on behalf of our client Apple Orchard Group and is a #DesignAndBuild Project for #ArkHousing.

The site is located within walking distance of Newry City Centre. It is expected to finish by the end of 2024 and will deliver 32 new units across 3 blocks upon completion.

The build team at Apple Orchard Group are looking forward to progressing with this D&B project.
